COMMUNITY CLEAN UP EVENTS - KEEP YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD SPECTACULAR

The Community Clean-up program continues to be one of the most successful and most popular programs run by the Hastings Sunrise Community Policing Centre.

We currently run the litter clean-up part of the program on a Saturday between 10am and 1pm and free food and drinks are provided to volunteers.

The program is open to people of all ages and drop ins are most welcome. Anyone under the age of 14 needs to be accompanied by an adult however and everyone under the age of 18 needs to have a prior written parental/guardian consent form submitted to the office.

The dates of the next few litter clean-ups are as follows:

Saturday 28th August 2010
Saturday 25th September 2010
Saturday 16th October 2010
Saturday 30th October 2010

THANK YOU TO HASTINGS RACECOURSE

Volunteers, staff and community partners enjoyed a "Day At The Races" on Sunday 30th May and a great time was had by all - even those that didn't back the winning horses! Hastings Sunrise CPC would like to extend our sincere thanks to Hastings Racecourse for making the event happen and taking great care of us on the day. Your continued support is greatly appreciated.
